I ordered a server, but it hasn’t shown up and I haven’t received any information!
We're very sorry that this has happened, and a few things could have occurred.
First, we did not receive valid contact info or did not receive an email at all.
Second, check your spam box, it's very likely to be in there. If you don't find it there check the billing center's E-Mail tab.
Third, it is a glitch in our system and you just need to create a ticket and we'll help you resolve it!
